Rob's early exposure to global data centers under his father's guidance laid the foundation for his successful career. He is a member of various hardware and software vendors' technology boards, contributing to industry advancements.

As the CXO at SAX Tech, Rob spearheads the strategic direction and oversight of the firm’s technology roadmap and plays a pivotable role in aligning technology initiatives with the firm’s business objective.

Leon Grassi is a Partner of SAX Tech and just like Rob he serves as the “CXO” (the X really just depends on the day). He is responsible for leadership, business development, and marketing & brand strategy for the organization.

Throughout his 21 years’ of experience, which he describes as being a “student of sales and marketing”, Leon has pushed the envelope across virtually every medium to build brands and drive sales in a wide range of industries - most notably technology.

He credits his differentiation to nothing more than an advanced understanding of the lost art of common sense, or the ability to simplify otherwise complex problems to develop easily executable but hugely impactful solutions. His passion for his craft is matched only by his love for working with dynamic people.

Leon resides in Mahwah NJ with his wife and two kids and enjoys tinkering and building cars/motorcycles in his garage workshop.

Tom is leading the charge in applying generative AI to transform how businesses operate, not just in IT service delivery but across any process where knowledge, speed, and accuracy matters. With 20 years of experience as a systems architect, engineer, Director, and vCIO, he has shifted from building systems and network infrastructure to building intelligent systems that solve real problems using company-specific data.

Tom's focus is on creating grounded AI applications that combine cognitive semantic search, LLMs, and automation platforms like Azure, OpenAI, Entra, and Orchestration. These systems aren’t generic bots, they’re tightly integrated with internal documentation, SOPs, ticketing, and miscellaneous internal/external data sources to provide answers and take action with context.

Adam Carcione is an experienced IT professional with over 5 years of dedicated service at SAX, currently serving as the Technology Services Manager for the firm's New Jersey offices. Specializing in systems management, automation, and infrastructure optimization, Adam has consistently developed technology solutions that streamline operations and enhance productivity across the firm.

After only 3 years with SAX, Ryan Lange established a brand of “bowtie” service and rose from IT Support Technician to Technical Services Manager of New York. Ryan’s love for computers started at a young age and grew from a weekend hobby into a passion-filled career. Furthering his education with certifications, he continues to create new ways to make computer systems more efficient and easier to use. His goal is to enable businesses to better utilize the technology that’s been at their fingertips, whether that be through automating workflows, enhancing security, or creating unique solutions to fit his client’s needs.
