Rob's early exposure to global data centers under his father's guidance laid the foundation for his successful career. He is a member of various hardware and software vendors' technology boards, contributing to industry advancements.

As the CXO at SAX Tech, Rob spearheads the strategic direction and oversight of the firm’s technology roadmap and plays a pivotable role in aligning technology initiatives with the firm’s business objective.

Leon Grassi is a Partner of SAX Tech and just like Rob he serves as the “CXO” (the X really just depends on the day). He is responsible for leadership, business development, and marketing & brand strategy for the organization.

Throughout his 21 years’ of experience, which he describes as being a “student of sales and marketing”, Leon has pushed the envelope across virtually every medium to build brands and drive sales in a wide range of industries - most notably technology.

‍

He credits his differentiation to nothing more than an advanced understanding of the lost art of common sense, or the ability to simplify otherwise complex problems to develop easily executable but hugely impactful solutions. His passion for his craft is matched only by his love for working with dynamic people.

Leon resides in Mahwah NJ with his wife and two kids and enjoys tinkering and building cars/motorcycles in his garage workshop.

Tom is the Chief Technology Officer at SAX Tech, leading the firm’s strategy around generative AI, intelligent automation, and next-generation IT operations. With over 22 years of MSP experience spanning systems and network engineering, infrastructure architecture, technical leadership, and enterprise service operations, he specializes in building secure, AI-driven systems that solve real business challenges using company-specific data and automation.

Tom architects multi-agent AI platforms powered by LLM-based routing, hybrid semantic search, and deep integration with internal documentation, SOPs, ticketing systems, and business workflows. His work combines frontier AI models with scalable infrastructure to deliver contextualized automation, orchestration, operational intelligence, and smarter service delivery.

Passionate about practical AI adoption, Tom focuses on creating scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions that eliminate inefficiencies and help organizations operate faster and smarter in an AI-driven world. Outside of work, he lives in Fuquay-Varina, North Carolina with his wife, three children, and three dogs, and enjoys what he jokingly calls “extreme lawn maintenance.”
